ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE

DIRECTIONS:

1. Feet on ground: toes, heels, balls of foot.
2. Ankles soft.
3. Backs of knees soft
4. Lengthening up the back to behind the ears, both sides.
5. Lengthening up the front from hips to front of ears.
6. Widening across the front and back.
7. Head resting on top of spine – gentle nod forward.
8. Arms lengthening and fingers long.
